Children's stick insects are a fantastic species to keep. Nymphs can vary in colour, with light pink individuals not being uncommon.
This species is easy to keep but can deteriorate quickly without fresh leaves. Ensure leaves that have dried out are replaced actively. Similarly to Leaf insects, Children's are suspectable to being mistaken for leaves if kept in large groups.
